Radio is 4.1.13.17_02.32.31 ROM version is: 1.02.261.1 On xda ftp i've found this file: 'RUU_STAR100_3.6.251.0_02.67.30_QtekEUR_Ship.exe'. As far as i understand this is rom version 3.6.251.0 (vs my 1.02.261.1) and it's 'younger' than mine. Am i right? Please, tell me, is this correct file to upgrade my ROM? And if it is not, that wich one is? I don't want to flash with rom from another vendor, just upgrade Qtek. Thank's in advance. I only say, suppose the supposition
