whats the shortcut for starting the recording of a new voice note??

I am trying to figure out how to assign the function of starting a new voice note to one of the app keys, but can't figure out what shortcut to use in order to start the recording immediately??

Any help very appreciated!

I may well be wrong, but I think I read on MSDN that the press and hold feature to start recording is simulated in code, so it's not a single command line argument.

As I said, I may be wrong. Tried disassembling it?
