Operator unlock

I recently bought a HTC P3600.

It is lock to my operator (VODAFONE).

How can i unlock it to use it with others operators?

hi friends, I just bought t-mobile mda pro and it is unforunately locked to t-mobile network, can anly one help me to explain how to unlock my mda pro to all newtork as I use O2 network.
