Seeking very simple instructions, Downgrading on SMT5600

I bought a Audiovox 5600 from online that already had WM5 on it. Well I was looking for ways to downgrade it to WM2003 but all I could find were instruction I did not understand. (I never install programs on it and is clueless about a bootlogger)

And now by coincidence, my phone has the cprog.exe error...so now I really have to do something about it.
