Default Please share Cingular 3125/Startrek unlocker
Anyone has the free unlocker for the 3125 yet? Can you share it?
This has taken pretty long.

You have to pay to get the phone carrier unlocked as there isn't a solution at the moment similar to the one created for the HTC Wizard...

Application unlocking so you can flash the ROM has been covered a couple of times (see response #2)

you don't have to pay to cid unlock the phone... search this forum, or spv-dev's forum....
it's easy,
but, so you know, the files will be extracted to the folder specified in the cmd window (not necessarily the same folder were the itsmeutils are)
sim unlock is around too, but i don't have another sim to test it with
Samsung Galaxy S4 - root
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0+ (GT-P6210) - root
HTC EVO 4g - root, s-off, deck 1.3 stable

I have done cid unlock and it works fine. But, the phone is still sim locked.
