OS_Only ROMS?

I've been reading about most of these ROMS. Most are OS only. It's clear what is meant by the radio and SPL is untouched. But what does it mean when the EXT_ROM is not touched?

If it's not touched, can I get access to it in WM6? Can I install it just like it was installed in WM5?

yes you can... just use HTweakC and unlock and use the Ext_ROM... as all of the OS's i have seen built arent using the Ext_ROM

anotehr question: the OS_only rom, i'm guessing it still brings about a hard reset?

So do you suggest that after installing the OS, unlock the EXT_ROM and run the cabs? Or don't do anything with it?

dont run the cabs... you dont need to... and yes performing the OS upgrade hardreset your device...

if u install, for arguments sake, windows mobile 6 dark edition, unlock ure extrom with htweakc.

then u can view the contents of the rom. if there are files in there just delete them. then u can use it as program storage space.
