how change ext rom?

i have tmobile mda compact3 uk
does is it possible to change the ext rom with the italian ext rom that i have downloaded from here?
if yes how can i make this?

It's olny solution to insert any program on ExtRom, but I've try to insert italian ext rom in my Orbit but when I reboot my phone (aftert hard reset and after new ext rom installed) The installation of any programs up to 100 kb still in loop and i must go in hard reset, but with this second hard reset all ext rom is deleted.

I hope in HTC new italian Rom
