WM6 fixes the voicemail notification issue!

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but using LVSW's WM6 ROM lets me hit dismiss on the Voicemail notification and it really does dismiss it! This and the contact lookup feature right from the Today screen completely make spending the time with setup worth it...then there are all of the other little upgrades as well.

I've opened an official fix ticket with Cingular for the 8525 (Hermes). They also agree with the WM6 fix, but since it's unofficial, the average user isn't going to upgrade. My ongoing email thread with them is posted in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299865
