yes i can ship directly to new york for you. Will take about 4-5 days. Since i am not a store, i can't accept credit card, but you can pay via paypal through credit card, but you need to add 3% on top because of the paypal tax ( will pay to paypal, not me)
or you can use bank transfer.
Device is £600. and the shipping is £50 , and the paypal tax is £20 (if you use paypal)

i wouldn't say that is a rip off, that is actually quite close to the market price in asia, the reason why i can offer you guys only £600 is because my parents are direct reseller of DOPOD.
