You didn't happen to buy it from ASMDIRECT did you?

I bought my first xda IIs (plus cradle only for £130) from them, under the description of "a few minor pits" and when I got it the screen was SCRAPED! where we would use the onscreen keyboard.. when I returned it for a replacement the cheeky b******s sent it back to me as the replacement.. when I told them it was the same one, they denied it saying that they could prove it wasn't because of the serial numbers THEY had... they only backed down when I told them I was contacting O2 for a copy of the log when I entered the IMEI number in their site for a software upgrade (turns out O2 couldn't supply me with my proof but ASMDIRECT didn't know that).

So I got a refund (minus post and packaging!) and bought another one from UNCLE JAMAL for £135... and it was brand spanking new (not a scratch, despite them saying that it had a few on the battery case), with case cradle, charger headphones, manual and software.. the lot.

(Remeber get your refund/ replacement BEFORE you give -ve f/b, some seller get kinda sticky otherwise... just expect to get -ve f/b from them in return just out of spite.)

There are a lot of cowboys out there.

AND TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER... look here (probably sorted by now as you posted a while ago. o.O)

http://search.ebay.co.uk/qtek-9090-s...fsooZ1QQfsopZ1

you'll get a replacement touchscreen there... you'll also find a full lcd replacement should you need one.
I've just bought one from these people for only £39, They're a bit slow though
