Magic Button, SmartsKey for WM6?

Hi, I just installed Faria's CB rom and am loving it.

If any1 has tried Magic Button and SmartsKey on WM6, could you please share your experience? Are all WM5 apps compatible with WM6? Thanks.

Faria's rom has Smartskey built in. It is in Start, Office mobile, mydocuments, extras. It also has HTC X button installed no need for magic button. Just look in settings, system.

How come i dont have that Extras folder on mine? I have the latest Faria ROM also

That's because it is located in program files (as mentioned in the rom description by faria).

All the WM5 apps I've tried seem to work just fine on WM6 (makes sense since WM6 is really not much different than WM5. Its not like a huge OS version change).

Personally I run Magic Button over HTC X close. I like the features of Magic Button better (with showing running apps icons in the top bar, and ability to soft reset and more from the Home menu icon).

2.5.1??? Mine is 2.0 build 51023. I've never seen anything newer than that. Do you have a CAB or something you can post with a newer version?

Works fine for me, but the colors are a little weird. WM6 seems to use different color gradients or something, so it sticks out like a sore thumb. I still love it though.

I was addicted to magic button, but wisbar advance made it obsolite. take a look what works for u.

smartskey is working perfectly, couldn't live without. there is a .ini file with settings, look for the how-to.doc somewhere. (or open the .ini in a text editor). I love to have made that prog
