Default Help Switching between Input(SIP): Block Recognizer, keyboard, very slow!

I have successfully upgraded to WM6. But I find whenever I need to switch between input methods, it's very slow. It needs to take few seconds before the menu showed up. Any resolution to this? I'm using RapidCalc by Developerone, and it's very annoying when switching input is very slow. I often swap between Calculator and Fitaly.
Any replacement to RapidCalc software? I like the fact that RapidCalc features like a paper calculator.

Other than this, I think WM6 is great. Thanks to All.

give it a shoot , Get a registry editor ,

1. Export HKCR\CLSID (will save to a *.reg file)
2. Del or Rename HKCR\CLSID
3. Import the backup of HKCR\CLSID

Turn off your device about 15 sec and reset .

Just accidentally saw this thread which is also describing the problem I face for long.

For unknown reasons, it really works!! So now it proves that it's a registry problem.

Well I still can't see what's up with the registry though. it's only cutting and pasting procedure, it doesn't seem llike there is any other modifications done.

Sounds like it might be a permissions thing?
Generally an export doesn't maintain the permissions..

Were this normal windows, I'd definitely go with perms, so that's what I'd lean towards with this as well..

Great tip! You don't even need to reset your device, it works instantly!
Had to fiddle a little to export and import the key tough
Since I use TotalCommander for exploring and editting the registry. Found out that it is possible with TC but for now I think PHM Registry Editor is more user friendly when it comes to import/export functions

Default Even easier

Actually, I found that just by:

- renaming the CLSID to something else (say CLSIDbak)
- save the changes
- turn it off for 10 seconds
- rename it back to CLSID
- save the changes
- turn it off for 10 seconds

It should work fine. I didn't have a program for importing and this seems to do the job. Much faster to change now.

Thanks for the original tip.

And thank YOU for this tip which was easy enough for me to have a go! I can confirm that this easier method works!
