black bars for themes under wm6 how?

ok so ive read how to do it on wm5 but how do u turn ur 2 bars on the today screen a black instead of grey? what reg keys do u change

Try this theme. put it in your windows folder and select it from settings>today menu.

ok but now i want to use a background from an existing .tsk file..

rename the "theme_name.tsk" to "theme_name.cab" and use a cab viewer to extract the image you want from the tsk. set it as your today background and your set.

This sets the basehue to "0" decimal value, "160" is closer to black... The strange part is, If I create a "TSK" file with a bashue of 160 it will not set, it turns it to "123", which is a grey color. But if I then install the attached "CAB" it changes them to "160", and it stays....

its just flat black on my wizard. how to fix this?
