Default how do i make a shortcut to dial a phone number?

What's the dialer and the syntax it take?

I thought I could do something like "cdial.exe 1234567890" but that doesn't dial the number.

I would love to know this too. Anybody? I am beginning to think it cannot be done via shortcut because I have been searching for a few hours for an answer.
Treo 750 - Cingular
AEButton Plus, Resco File Explorer, MemMaid, TCPMP, Voice Command, Goodlink 4.9.2.3 (only cuz I have to).

No, it seems to be just a .CAB file with extensions like .001, .002, etc.

No, but I got the MyFav thing in WM6 to work, so that basically gets at what I wanted to do: push a button to dial somebody.
