Help Needed On How To Unbrick K-Jam G4 Device

Plz Help Me I Bricked My HTC WIZARD G4, it is CID LOCKED, I Installed xpl
IPL/SPL 3.08, Radio update 2.69.11 with X-plorer splash. It Updated Smoothly but when I Turned Off My Phone its not rebooting. Even it not charging Plz Reply Soon.

Your device is a true brick. You should have read more before you flashed a bootloader into a G4 device. This is the biggest no no you can do. Your only hope is to get it replaced under warranty but that is likely to not be successful for you.

NEVER NEVER NEVER flash IPL/SPL into a G4 device, the ONLY exception is an approved and released ROM from your carrier that they will support. I believe this is posted all over every sub forum in the wizard forums.

The phone you flashed is dead. There is no help for it. You will have to get it replaced or buy another one. If you overwrite the G4 bootloaders with G3 bootloaders your device is 100% ruined.

Very expensive and hard way to learn the lesson that is preached thread after thread after thread.

Sorry you had to find out this way.

I think this should be made sticky, to show all newbies the value for reading.

My Bricked K-Jam is Repaired by Co. in free as my PPC is in Warranty.

Somebody needs to edit the wiki to include the dangers in flashing a G3 rom to a G4 device.....Oh wait its already written in the wiki, and its also written in this forum seven hundred times.
