It's CHT ROM, not WWE version, but may be useful for someone have U1000 CHT stuck at bootloader.

i have upgrade it already, only 2 things added, one is to fix the region time bug, another is to add a custom software call My Connect, (something like Vodafone Live where you can download ringtone, wallpaper......etc)

Please people, if you don't have a DOPOD U1000 Taiwan version, then don't update to this one, it won't work and will brick your device.

question for you WU I bought a dopod u1000 with the wwe rom on it. What country code would this have?

don't know the country code, but this update is not for you, what you need is the same update but for WWE, which country did you buy it from? you should be able to register on the DOPOD Official website and get the Update from the member section.

If you have WWE version (DOPOD001?), the official rom code can be downloaded at
http://www.dopodasia.com/download/RU...0_108_Ship.exe

The ROM in the first post only work for DOPOD601 (CHT version).

how could i know my dopod is 001 or 601 ?

and if i upgrade to the new CHT version and apply faisal`s upgrade could i get my connect in english as well ?
