Wouldn't uninstall here, after installing to device storage and checkin it out....equaling 6mb of poo on my device, which led to HR, and the spb backup I had made just beforehand.

Some files are flagged as system files which is why it wouldnt uninstall.

Yeah, I wasn't nessicarily griping, just more of a word to the wise.

I had checked out the cab with cab manager before I installed it, I noticed the system files which was one reason I had installed it to the device, instead of the storage card, and created the backup right before I tried it.

I have LSVW 5/5 ROM, with pretty much only wpbears Cingular WAP settings, and this cab installed... but the stuff didn't work. I'm on Cingular, have MediaMax and all the stuff worked with the official ROM so my issues have nothing to do with my device/carrier (I'm using an 8525.)

I could get XM Radio and MobiTV to work over WiFi, but couldn't connect to any MEdia Net pages, including Cellular Video.

When I hard reset and put all the WAP/Proxy settings in by hand, I could access all the MEdia Net pages, such as Video etc., but when I clicked a video link, Real Player opened and then said it couldn't connect. And whenever I opened either XM Radio (Streaming Music) or MobiTV, I got an error message saying no connection could be found and causing the "Send Error Report" message to pop up a bunch of times.

I'm guessing this is a settings thing... any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Cingular Video site seems to feature only really bad audio/video. I actually cringed when I watched my first clip.

I got this working on Black 2.5 - you need to open Realplayer (use file explorer and open realplayer.exe in the \windows directory). In options, change connection settings from the Internet to MEdiaNet and it will work.
