Problem with IPL/SPL 3.08 -> brick!!!

Hello,
I have a G3 with Underground WM6 rom. i upgraded IPL/SPL 3.08, and now it is stoped in the boot screen. I downgraded to the rom CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE for down the IPL/SPL but it's only down the IPL. SPL always 3.08
Please help me ASAP

First of all if you have a G3 why are you posting in the G4 subforum?

Why do you need to downgrade the SPL? Aren't you already CID unlocked, according to your post you have a custom rom installed?

You could try to flash a FULL Official Carrier rom to try to overwrite your bootloaders with an older version. Don't know if there are commands disabled in the new bootloaders to prevent this from happening though.

As long as you can get to the bootloader your phone isn't dead. Whenever this happens to me I always recover to an official carrier rom then proceed to the custom rom of my choice.

I think downgrade SPL for compatible with official rom (O2 2.21), i trying it but now i cant upgrade this rom
it is still in the bootloaders, so i know my G3 isn't dead

Yes, i'm sure. I make hard reset and it reports format failed

i found method for this, its used with G3, so we need confirmation to be sure, if it may help you too.... it "shouldnt" be dangerous...but better wait for reply of masters here...i saved my machine with that one...

my english is so damn poor...forgive me,please...
method:

-you need to format sd card to fat16(fat)
-kill wcescomm process from task manager on pc,
-find program named romupdate.exe, or mtty.exe
-go into bootloader mode, and plug wizard on usb,
-find in options of mtty(romupdate.exe) port, choose \\.\WCEUSBSH001
-now, press enter on main screen of mtty(romupdate),
-on >CMD type r2sd - it will make special header(and copy of os too, but its less important) which may help to make format with other method,
-wait 'till process ends,
-softreset pocket to get into bootloader mode...and do what machine says, its other method for format, when it ends, it "may" boot normally after softreset(you may try to do hard reset to confirm), even if it is not booting, format will let you to flash once more.

if it is stuck on bootscreen again, find info about rescue flash, now, it should be possible after that "format". If hard reset says "format failed" you wil not be able to flash anything - if it is not, you may do wantever you need, so try to flash wizard love, then any ROM with shelltool(yup yup its not typical for g3, but for me its ONLY method)..

i am not sure, if its useful..i saved one machine by that method...

try to RUU dopod ROM, maybe what is able to be overwritten will lead you to use mtty r2sd os ....

it is known as CIDlock remover... , do not ak me, if it works... i flashed this and mtty method was usable for me...

btw i have identical machine as you, i think.

i updated this ship rom dopod, now the os is 1.7.13.3, ipl 1.07, spl 3.08 , gsm 01.13.10
but i cant use mtty.exe, it reports same answer
any ideas?

i am interested in solving that problem - it may be helpful knowledge...

upd: tell me, how did You format card (fast format, normal)?
it may be difference with format method. Do slower, normal format of sd, then try mtty.
and it MUST be fat 16.

of course, remember about activesync kill etc...
