Default freezing and reliability - black

I'm running the latest black. 90% of the time it's fine.

I am getting some occasional freezing however...

If i've left it on charge for the night it's sometimes frozen when I go to it in the morning.

Any tips?

Is there a new black soon? It's bacnk holiday weekend in the UK ! Always a good time for an upgrade ?

I did have a couple of freezing issues, but I deleted some sort of updating thingo in the startup menu and they stopped after that.

It wasn't poutlook, it was something else. Something to do with the JVM? I dunno. I also made sure that I didn't install any constantly-running programs to the SD card.

I second that, but the cooks have their reason for posting elsewhere and we must respect that. But it is great to see that they still watch this great forum. It must be because it is still the best, with the biggest viewership numbers.

I have tried most but found the latest LVSW to my liking. Also depends if you use the BT functions or not. But give them all a go. Flashing is really fun and very safe if you follow the correct proceedures.
There is no better tutor than taking time to read all the threads.
Good luck

Just try them all until you find the best one for your needs/ phone. All have good points and bad. Read, Read, and then search the wiki.

I found that JJs Black 2.5 was the best for my Tytn. No freezings what so ever and the SD card problems are gone to. The battery time had increased by 40% when I changed my carrier to swedish Three (3 ) and with my new 3000mha ebay LI-IOn battery I get 72 Hours on 3G (U) constantly on with email cheking every hour and websurfing 2-3 hours on a day.

Well I was having some issues with Black 3 so I waited a while for 3.5, but it seem to take som time for this so now I'm testing the latest from LVSW and it seem very good so far on my Tytn.
Swedish Tytn, 2 GB micro SD, HBH-DS970, running on the operator 3 in Sweden (time to add 3 as an operator in Sweden).
