HTC Touch Rom -- Has anyone started on it?

Has anyone started on it? let's keep all Touch/TouchFlo info in this topic and any findings/flashing/etc.

aSerg, you should try to make a rom with the HTC Rom and see if it works out

They got everything working on the wizard except the actual touch movement, etc.

haha yeah i guess you can say that but basically they have everything installed EXCEPT the touchflo process, thats a big step cause all they need to do is implement that, if possible
the homescreen and everything of the Touch has been recreated and ported to the wizard and the hermes, just want people to start it for the Herald!

You can use the Homescreen Plug-in and Dialer on any windows based device. It's not Wizard specific. Unfortunatley once they actually get a ROM working, it will be Wizard specific.

yeah i tried the homeplugin and it was slow and the weather only worked on WiFi

For me the todayplugin only showed a seperator line. nothing else. and when i click into the field i´m redirected to calendar. but there are no symbols.

So it is not working.

It doesn't work on WM5 papamopps
You're gonna have to upgrade to WM6 to try it

I have the one and only original WM6 - because it is on XDA terra from beginning as O2 sells it only with WM6.

Where do you think is the ASERG WM6 from. He took my german WM6 ROm and made an english and russian version out of it.

lol.

But no matter.

Homeplugin is working.

I had to rename 2 files from xxx.0409.mui to 0407.mui the german version.

Like i did for HTC AudioManager.

Now it is working - and i will give it a try. Perhaps it is better than SPBmobileshell - perhaps not.

We will see.

hey guys,
i am new to this and would like to know how and if it is possible to reinstall my touch with an english rom. I bought the touch in holland (where i live) but i want to use the device in english. any help would be appreciated.
