What happened to bepe's rom thread? It kinda disappeared, good thing I just finished it but I was browsing to check if there are some cab fixes.

First of all thanks for your work anyway. But this is just ridiculous. Has the other cook a better ROM than yours? So where is his thread? Or what was the reason for that dispute?

Thanks for your efforts anyway bepe - it looked like you put some hard work into your rom. I hope the dispute is resolved one day....

Well, based on comments made by you last night bepe - I guess someone is "stealing" your work and passing it off as theirs - which when you're not paid for work is just despicable. If you can't even get credit for what you do when you're not paid for it - that really sucks - so bepe - name and shame! Who is using your work - name and shame them. Let's get users to boycott the ROM - and get together to create the language version necessary so that those users have a better alternative. (We know it's not mUn of LVSW so it must be a foreign language version of the ROM).

These things are always difficult to prove, I know, but your work is so appreciated, it's such a shame to deprive us all of your talents because of some twat that won't give credit where credit is due.

Also an appeal to the guilty party - you know who you are - come on admit it. every software developer uses ideas / code from others' work (nobody has re-invented the wheel yet) but the protocol is clear - use it yes, but either pay for it in an agreement or give credit for work you use. You'll be all the more respected for coming clean.

And bepe - c'mon - we're behind you. Don't let the cheats win - coz that's what they're doing - simply because you cannot prove that they have indeed copied your work.

Either that or I've just gone off on one and am completely wrong - so someone correct me, someone own up or bepe, name and shame - lets get your great work back out there for all to enjoy.
