How To Flash Splash Screen On G4 Cid Locked Device

Greetings All,
This is a guide on flashing a splash screen on your CID LOCKED G4 devices.
Step:
1. Download the splash screen of your choice in nk.nbf format.
2. Then download the ruu_480 attached here.
3. Place the nk.nbf in the ruu_480 folder and run the "newromupdateutility_wizard_noid.exe" and press Avanti(means yes).
4. And you are done!!!

when i actually tried this there is no OS on my phone what do i do?

Or you could just go here... Most of them use Faria's version of the same file....
