Upgrade via SD

Hi! Unfortunately I havent the cable. How do I upgrade via SD-card this device?
I found this site mentioning some actions but for Hermes..

Ok I have the ruu_signed.nbh and the sspl trin
But I dont know what name do I need to assign to the .nbh file

what! you havent got a mini USB lead?
how do you activesync or put stuff onto your trinity?
you REALLY should have a USB lead!

I Dont! For Sync and other stuff I use BT or card reader.
So this SD-Upgrade Works or not?
What name do I need to assign to .nbh file?
in hermes is Hermimg.nbh do for Trinity is Trinimg.nbh?

RUU_signed.nbh does this name is correct?

With the original name of the file it doesnt start the upgrade but waits in Serial.
Somone can suggest me the correct name? or do i need to push a combination of buttons?
