Use SpB Backup 1.5 or later. It will work very well. Alternative is Sprite Backup - but I would not use it if you got a lot of Contact & Calendar details (which results in a big "pim.vol" file on your root folder)

Or did you mean System files = ROM files?

HTC Touch - German Vodafone
OS: WM6 - CE OS 5.2.1238 (Build 17745.0.2.3)
ROM 1.15.162.1 GER
Radio 02.95.90

HTC Herald - German Vodafone compact 4
OS: WM6 - CE OS 5.2.1236 (Build 17741.3.2.0)
ROM 1.9.162.1 GER
Radio: 02.88.90

HTC TyTN - German T-Mobile MDA Vario 2
OS: XDA-live WM6 0.10 - CE OS 5.2.968

Essentials: SpB Mobile Shell & Phone Tools; PocketCM Keyboard; TomTom 6; AgileMessenger; Vijay555 Tools; mToken; NCP VPN Client; LogMeIn; eWallet 5; Resco Explorer; SpB Backup; Batti

programs: "awizard" or "pdocread"

but be careful and use spb backup instead - it will backup everything u need and when your mobile has to be reset u can easily get everything back.
