Bad external phone speaker ?

Hi,

I have sound problems with external phone speaker (handfree mode). When I am speaking, the other caller tell me the sound is cut, making people understand only half of what i said. This problem does not occured with the internal phone speaker. The test has been done on my 3 p3600. Does anybody have this problem ? Any registry fix available ?

and also too much bass comes out, my speaker is nearly burn.
