Unhappy laptop seems drugged

my laptops gone crazy

every file has suddenly got a ".ink" extension,
so the icon i had on my laptops e.g "activesync" has now changed to "activesync.ink" - this has happened to nearly everyfile apart from a few like avi and mp3 files, but when i click an mp3 i get the error:

"this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Creat an association in the folder options control panel"

im asuming that somehow every file/program has lost its assoiciation and so cannot be ran.

please someone help as i cant do anything, took me about an hour just to get the internet working.
