Default XML Editor freeware for Wizard?
I was wondering if there's a no-cost (or low-cost, if no other options exist) way for me to edit XML files with my Wizard? I have tried some notepad programs with no success.

Never mind, I just answered my own question.

TotalCommander CE has a built-in notepad feature that can edit XML, and Bob's your uncle.
