Can PTT be remapped or is it hardwired like WM5 versions? If so does the WM5 work around work (though I doubt you've tested this since judging by your message you use PTT!)

Any good reason to flash if you have dopod version w/cingular settings?
Perhaps the radio?..... never been to satisfied with reception.
