Dopod ROM + UK Tmob C3

Dear All,

I wonder if someone can give me a definitive answer, I've read posts saying that if you want to use another vendors ROM then you have to unlock first as in the old days but I have also read that the following ROM installs straight off without unlocking.

I have downloaded the following from HTC SEA site: RUU_Artemis_DOPODASIA_WWE_3.7.707.1_4.1.13.30_02.6 9.90_Ship.exe and would like to install it without bricking my phone! As it is a legit ROM I'm happy to give it a go but I thought I'd check here first.

You still have to unlock using USPL.

The only ROM's you can flash without unlocking would be UK T-Mobile ones, because they will match your CID lock.
