Default tomtom 6 gps problem

i have a big problem with my artemis...
i updated the B&B 3.7 rom...and tomtom dont take signal from sat...
i updated the touch fluo rom...and tomtom dont take signal

i downgraded to original italian rom...and tomtom dont take signal

so i dont know what is the problem!!
when i bought my artemis tomtom was already installed in the phone (not sda)
so i downloaded the Cab from p2p and used it...it works in every way exept gps signal
i think its a problem of tomtom because with any rom i dont recive any response from sat! on tomtom.it site i cant download any Cab to install on phone..only tomtom home but i already have it on the DVD

anyone can help me or give me an advise?

Can you receive a signal at all? Is it greyed out or nothing?
When configuring GPS Hardware. Select another NMEA wired at 4800baud on COM4.
