Default Camera takes only portrait photos?

Does the camera on the S710 take only portrait photos? are there any solution to take landscape photos? I always need to rotate the photos after shooting...

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but as with any camera, if you want to take a landscape photo, turn the camera/phone onto it's side and take the picture

I think you didnt understand or I didnt explained well the problem.

When you take a photo on the S710, the picture ir stored in portrait mode, also the date label is put in the bottom of the picture. Is there an option to save the picture in landscape mode?

Do Digital Cameras have this functionality? Mine doesn't. It saves the picture portrait, and if I need to show anyone it in landscape I turn the camera on it's side.

The same when you print them, landscape photos are because they are on their side.

I don't think the functionality you are looking for is available.
