Tweaks:
-Disabled sms sendt notification
-Security off
-Disabled the security warning when installing non-certified applications
-Reminders show only once
-E-mail and attachments default on storage card
-IE temp files default to storage card
-Keyboard backlight changed from 5 sec to 20 sec

Known bugs:
-There are some issues if flashed to a wing. Read here if you flash this rom to a Wing. (also in tips 1)

If you need more tweaking, you can find some in the wiki, and some posted all over this forums.

Tips 1:
Here is a great (ongoing) thread by TylerC161 for all you who dont know so much about your device, and want to learn more. Its basicly for WING users, but much of it goes for the rest of us too.

Tips 2:
There is HTC Audiomanager, but also wmp, you can open the player and go to options, choose the skin tab, wait for search, then you can choose a touch skin to make it match with the touch theme.

Tips 3:
Go to programs/TouchFlo then activate Tom Codons TF-settings to choose how the cube will be activated (YOU HAVE TO DO THIS, if not the cube wont start):

Instructions how to upgrade is in the Touch-IT folder.

READ IT, if you dont, you will spend even more time infront of your computer flashing the official ruu before trying again, why waste time, use 1 min to read and understand.

Remember, if you dont like what I have added, or what I have removed or w/e please dont spam this thread with lame comments.

I take NO responsebility if you brick your device, if you do search the forums before you come flaming me/us here at XDA.

IF you brick your phone (Brick=the phone can be used as a building brick, or maybe a paperweight? Because you cant start it up.) Its no others fault but your own.
Mainly the reason for bricking a phone is:
1. Not reading the instructions good enough
2. Not following the instructions.
3. Not having a RUU that can unbrick the phone (the official installer with the official rom for your specific phone, with your phones default language. In.ex if yu have a german phone by default, you need a german RUU, if not you will get invalid vendor error)
4. Not reading the instructions good enough..again
5. Not following the instructions...again

If you dont understand after reading CAREFULLY, then dont bother flash your device with this or any other rom.

I also recommend to use the pagepool changer found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=324955
I did nothing to the pagepool, because ppl have different experience with diffrent size on the pagepool, so thats why I leave that up to you
to find the correct pagepool size for your device.

To all wing and other herald model users:
I cant help you if you install on other devices then HTC P4350, I can not fix the issues you might have with it.
I cant cook one for you to fix problems you might have, because I dont have other model then P4350.

sounds nice. I'll be checking it out on my P4350 as soon as you release it. But please use a filestorage system other than that megabull**** by kimble. It just sucks big time....

Can you cook a rom without extra programs?
I got Resco Explorer and i do not need total commander, and i think other ppls would like to get a naked rom

Because i want Touch-IT functionality but not the total commander, obviosly....

I'd also love an almost naked rom (with only the TouchIT and HTC stuff but without the apps psSHUTxp, Batterystatus, Total commander and Pim backup.)
That would be great!!!!!!

Well guys, It should be really easy to take the ROM from itje and remove the programs you don't like or am I wrong?

Anyway, itje, thank you very much for your effort.

As far as I understand, you can only remove the programs if you cook your own rom. And not everybody is able to do that..... (like me, for example)

id like to create a touchflo rom by myself. but where can i get a clean rom with nothing on it then the os? are you always taking the original htc rom to modify?
