Excellent job friend. Have a couple of humble suggestions.....
Over past three years this super thread has expanded to 100+ pages for new comers it's almost impossible to go through all of them, what I suggest is to have a new readme type guide added to the first post also all attachments added in this thread if linked to the first post would be very desirable. Secondly skin is not compatible with VGA devices, alignment is going out of visible area on my Universal, would be great if fixed in next update. Thanks for your fantastic work.

smileysms on HTC SENSE

Well, on HD2 this great app doesn't work 'cause HTC MESSAGES app of the Manila-HTC SENSE is not reffered to windows mobile program tmail.exe (and smileysms has its effects only on the windows mobile sms application)

So, the problem is to modify smileysms in a way it can work in manila-sense, and it's not so simple.

The easier way to get smileysms working on HD2, untill now, is to disable HTC MESSAGES (there's a cab to do this), or to disable all manila-sense interface, and use tmail application (the wm default one for sms)

I hope someone will develop a new smileysms app that can work with htc sense

Threaded Messaging not in order

Hey guys,
I have another problem related to the messaging on the hd2, what happens is that the threaded messaging is pretty screwed in a way such that all the messages sent by me are listed at the top while the receipient is all at the bottom although messages i sent is in reply. Have any of you encounter this, i know it is a small problem but it's irritating as hell, any ways to go about solving this?

is there anyway to make this a bare bones kit? Like i mean i only want the smilies for threaded messaging but i do not want the skin. How can i use the default microsoft sms skin?

is it possible for u to add a small link in sms editor to add the smili? because not all guys knows the code for it... it will be really a great job if u do it!! means a complete smili solution!!

I installed it, went to settings, exited settings and my phone crashed! I can't get it work. It's installed on my HD2 (not on the SD card). I can't see how to get it to do anything. Every time I exit the settings my phone crashes. I'm not running a custom ROM (stock standard. Only had the phone a couple days)
Can someone help me out?
