cab file for mms gprs!! help!!

how can i make a cab file for my network provider?
is the way to make my own cab settings manualy to put in hml file?
tnx.

Seems pretty easy to me to just goto settings and setup GPRS and MMS. 5min at the most.

But i dont know about a cab file. I think theres one for cingular floating around.
