WM5 to WM6? problem in HTC E-Club

Hey,

I have had my WM5 HTC P4350 for a while now. I registered to the HTC E-club to get WM6 upgrade but when i go to E-Club>>Phone Software Updates< nothing appears. I have seen others with this problem but dont know if they got it resolved. its a page that says:

"Select your PDA phone or smartphone model from the list. If your registered product is not listed, please check back next time as new patches are added regularly. "

But nothing appears

Im in Europe>United Kingdom.

Anyone help me out asap ? I really wanna upgrade to wm6.

have you entered your imei or serial number into your account? (whatever it is ...I don't remember what it asks for)

I have a T-mobile Wing .. and I registered on HTC's site, but those options don't appear on my page either since I don't have an actual HTC phone registered.

yeh man, i registered my HTC P4350 and entered the serial number under the battery correctly. No idea what to do now

I honestly don't know. Since my phone is a Tmobile branded phone, I am unable to register on the HTC site and see how the site works.

Anyone who has a HTC help me out?

I bet you have Vodafone....

If so than your imei is blocked from HTC, because Vodafone has branded your device. You can get your update (possibly never) at the Vodafone website.

It´s works for me. I only put the SN of a unbranded HTC Phone.

Well, that's what we have to figure out. Do Vodafone's smartphones just have the HTC logos on them? or do they say Vodafone?

It just depends on what your phone is branded.... for ex :

The Wizard on the left is Branded QTek and the Wing on the right is branded "T-Mobile" even though they're both HTC phones....

I have also the same problem, nothing appears when checking the update software tab. I checked all registration data and they are ok.
