Also does any one know what ChgScutAttri.exe does.

In file info it says it's a cold boot app?

Do you think this one is better then SPB Insight?

And is it from official HTC Rom?

I neer tried SPB because i tend to use freeware as much as possible.

How do you install this on your touch? just copy to the touch and doubleclick?
