Is there a hack to change the scroll button to scroll 1 line at a time?

The current default for the scroll button is from one url to another, if no url present on the page, it function as page down. I find it very annoying especially when reading on the device. Is there a hack to change it to scroll 1 line at a time?

Change the way your D-pad scrolls from TABBING to normal PAGE DOWN/PAGE UP.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Navigation\4-Way Nav
Change Value from 1 to 0



NOTE: This hack will cause opening any new messages (SMS, email, etc) at the footnote-end of the message. You will have to scroll-up all the time to read the beginning of every message.
