How do i do it?

I keep pushing the power button an reset, but it's not doing anything.

*next time try putting it in the forum for HTC hermes as Blue angels are a totally diffrent beast to the hermes and most of your links ref to other htc models ( Wizard, universal, hermes etc.etc. ) This could be very confusing to a new person.
