After flashing HardSPL you'll be able to flash any Kaiser ROM to your device!

This tool will allow you to change the ROM language, flash cooked ROMs, custom splash screens, etc...


FEATURES

1. SuperCID / Security Level=0
2. Does not check NBH signatures
3. Based on 1.50 MFG bootloader, rtask enabled
4. Accept any password
5. Model ID check only 4 chars
6. SPL overwrite DISABLED (to bypass, use SSPL-KAIS.exe)

INSTRUCTIONS

• Connect Kaiser to computer using USB cable
• Make sure ActiveSync icon is GREEN
• RUN kaiser-HardSPL.exe on Computer (PC)
• Follow instructions on screen:

 Please make sure ActiveSync is enabled (GREEN icon in systray)
 and hit ENTER to start...

 Kaiser JumpSPL is running on your device, please check your device
 screen and follow the steps until you see the tri-color screen.
 When done hit ENTER to continue...

 Device screen should be now TRI-COLOR and show "USB"
     ===> PLEASE UNPLUG AND RE-PLUG THE USB CABLE NOW <===
     ===> PLEASE UNPLUG AND RE-PLUG THE USB CABLE NOW <===
     ===> PLEASE UNPLUG AND RE-PLUG THE USB CABLE NOW <===
 ActiveSync icon should become gray after that.
 When done hit ENTER to continue...

 Phone screen should now be tri-color and the activesync icon gray
 if not, the loading process has failed and you'll have to repeat it again.

 If all was OK hit ENTER and the standard "PDA Phone ROM Update Utility"
 window will start, allowing you to flash HardSPL on your device.

 Hit CTRL+C to Cancel or ENTER to continue...

 Follow the steps on the wizard to flash HardSPL, when finished your
 device will reboot. It should last no more than 1 minute.
 - Launching RUU, please wait...

 Process is finished, congratulations!

Tool worked perfect on my AT&T Tilt. Just installed the HTC ROM. Much nicer than the AT&T ROM.

Hi, what tool did you use to upload the HTC rom? I've just found the rom on the forum, but i can't seem to find the tool to upload it.

PS. I'm using windows vista
