but... why my TYTN 2 doesn't want your prog?
When I follow your instructions the display remains white (light on) and no other steps are possible?

This is in English, adn you can flash any rom after unlocking your device.

Follow the instructions again, as you need to see the tri colour screen.

guys i'm doin everythin as instructed,but after the screen steps,just before the tri-color screen,windows comes up with "USB recognition Error".
i'm running windows 7 HP,any help?

I already have a Hspl 3.34 with the patches can I use this?

you need to install enable RAPI. cab on the device and for synchronize on Win 7, You can use WMDC 6.1 for Vista

Hello, Could any one help me unlock my htc tilt 8900.

I got the 3 colors in the first step.
KAIS1*0
SPL 3.56.0000
CPLD 8

When I start to install KaiserCustomRUU it saying to udate and the screen turn white with a box with 0%. after a min or so it come up with a error 262.

Please help

This program ran, worked nicely, until it yelled at me "prun.exe is not a recogni..." you know what I mean. I don't see why you need tobe an admin to use it, and NOTHING appears on my kaiser. Please help!
