Qtek 9100 removed programs still present in programs list

Hi all

I have a Qtek 9100 and I had installed 2 programs of which one installed well and the other one did not install completely. I decided to remove them. Unfortunately they didn't remove, so I deleted the folders in 'programs'. This did the trick, however the icons remained available in the programs list as well as in the start-pop-up-list.

After I reset the device the icons were gone but now I have two placeholders in the program list as well as in the pop-up list. Any idea on how to get rid of these?

\widows\startbar\programs
and remove the shortcuts you dont want
