This is First Kaiser Cooked ROM, it base on RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.12.11_Ship.exe Official.
This is a beta ROM, it might contain a bugs, maybe a LOT (well official do also hv bugs isn't?), please do report if you find bug.

Due the request of cleaner rom.. well this is the dynamic clean one, It start with true clean/basic rom, then you can Activate/De-activate app you need on the fly. You can make it as clean as you need or as loaded as you need..

How to Activate App:
1. Goto folder My Documents\Activator on ppc
2. Choose App to be activate
3. Done (some might need softreset)

How to Deactivateed App:
1. Start - Setting - Remove Programs
2. Choose the App to be de-activated, then click remove
3. Done
