I tried this; clicked okay. I tried soft reset/hard reset and neither keeps the new setting (from 4800 to 57600).
Note: I just upgrade to 22.214.171.124 from 1.00 so let me see if that solves the problem. Will report back.
Note2: That solved the problem (who knew that upgrading could actually fix something).

Kaiser's GPS works differently from the others (I was using the Trinity) and the GPS Streams does not update like like the trinity.
After that, go to an open space, and get a sync first.
Thereafter, its all ok.
