Does anything need to be done after clean ATT ROM hard reset (interrupted app instal)

I just hard reset my TILT and interrupted the cab installer with a soft reset. The device is pretty basic now - all the junkware is gone.

Is there anything else that needs to be done to get full functionality? Registry tweaks? Everything is working as far as I can tell - SMS, email, blackberry client etc...

Any insights would be appreciated!

say, other than those customisation files gone from tis, do you save any further space? unnecessary ring tones?
