can't turn bluetooth on without soft reset

First of all this community has helped me tremendously in setting up my Cingular 8525 with WM6 and all th tweaks and tricks. I have been browsing and reading these forums for about 3 months now.
I am running Schaps 3.60a rom for sometime now and everything has been great. Recently I added the medianet data plan and my data works fine, but I have a problem with turning bluetooth on. when I try to turn bluetooth on either via com-manager or through settings, it doesn't do anything. If I turn bluetooth on via com manager and then soft reset, then when the phone turns on, bluetooth is switched on. Any reason or fix for this? I have searched, but could not find anything on this issue.

Dunno if you are using Phoneweaver but it happens on my phone with phoneweaver

no, I am not using phone weaver. if it happens with phone weaver, then I assume it might be one of my installed programs causing it. I'll uninstall installed programs, one by one and check what is causing the error, and report back.

its gone from bad to worse, I cannot turn on bluetooth at all now. Not even with a soft-reset. looks a hard reset is needed

Its know Problem

He will fix it with his new rom.. its a known problem with 3.06a so you hve to deal with it now or try the previous rom 3.54. I cant wait till his new rom comes out I think theres a beta now but wait for the full release

i am facing the same problem here... my case is a bit tricky... after i hard reset and installed all the program i need, my bluetooth still working until i setup my Windows Live.
i turn off the Windows Live for today. it works fine for few days... the problem occurs again... now i had no idea how this problem happened. What I did to fix this is to switch to Dopod official ROM...

turning the windows live plugin in the today screen off has helped.. bluetooth is working for now, my fingers are crossed. I love this rom, except for the bluetooth problem!

this has helped fix the same problem on my t mobile mda II runing Schaps 3.60a rom. Thanks
