I need some help

Hey, I'm getting my new at&t tilt aka "kaiser" tomorrow, i was interested in upgrading it as soon as i get it, but don't have a clue where to start, is there anyone who can somehow provide a tutorial on how to get started and what software will i need to get the job done, any help will greatly be appreciated!

don't touch anything until you are sure & comfortable with it ... you will brick your device if you don't know what you are doing !!
