How can I change hidden and system file attribute?

Hi guys!
I see that there are a lot of system file with hide and system attribute so I can't modify them... (i.e. the startup sound file)
Is there a way to change its attributes?

just replace that startup with another file with the same name or rename it to name of sound.wav.bak and replace it with a renamed name of sound.txt to name of sound.wav and u can use resco explorer smartexplorer of total commander to change a files attributes and if you cant see system files uncheck hide operating system files on pc folder option
