good evening, me want to know or I can find the rom French version for my htc charmer please

you cant. Charmer has only been released as T-mobile and Dopod product. You could possibly find a french version if someone made it for you, but unfortunatelly for you such rom has never seen a daylight.

I am Moroccan I am not strong to one English how her name is French in my htc charmer it is simply, thank you

I thought I made it clear that there is no way of getting French language to this device.

or I can find an English rom under wm5 ,wm6 pls

I have an QTEK S110 device. The problem is that the OS (WM 2003 SE) is in german. ( . Can i install something, or maybe an upgrade so i can have it in ENGLISH ??? PLS. And, one more thing, can i upgrade to WM 5 ???
