MP3 audio playback hitches w/WIRED headphones.

I've noticed playback skips/hitches in WindowsMedia, HTC Audio Manager and CorePlayer... only happens about once per song, sometimes only every other song (or two). MP3s are on a 6GB Sandisk card, running KaiserTweak with all it's recommended filesystem settings. I've just tried increasing the buffer sizes again in Coreplayer, but am I the only one experiencing this? Nothing else is running and I'll still get the skips. I've got an ATT Tilt w/out their bloatware installed, with HTC Home installed.
