Default upgrade wm6 from sd

Hello.
In my qtek 2020 the sync connector is broken.
Is possible upgrade to wm6 from SD?
Sorry for my bad english.

Yes, it is possible, but prior to that you should have a header from your bootloader downloaded to the given SD card... and I guess you don't have it Unfortunately, bootloader, when pushed to flash from SD, is checking this header, and I've never found a way to overcome this.

So... you would first have it, and second you would make the flash image for yourself.

Why not resoldering your connector? I was soldering mine for 5 times already

regard for the fast reply.
My mobo is broken and it's impossible resoldering the connector.
i dont know the procedure to copy on the SD the the bootloader.....
the broken of 2020 sync connector is a common problem
if someone knows the procedure to solve the problem, please post it on this forum.

And how to make bootloader header ? Only via USB crandle (and data connector) ?

I have similiar problem as pamigianleo and wanna upgrade to WM6

Unfortunately - yes, you have to do that by issuing a special command for bootloader - via mtty for example... in other words - no cable connection - no SD bootloader header

What do you mean by broken board? I know it's a common problem, as I said, I was resoldering mine 5 times till now I had broken pins, and was reconstructing them by hand...

Is possible write the bootloader on SD via bluetooth and activesync?
Also... read the bootloader from another 2020?

nope u cant ..it can only be written via USB..please post some pictures of ur Mobo so that we can figure out the solution (hopefully)
